DAMMAN RETURNS TO FALLON AS GROUP CREATIVE DIRECTOR Fallon Minneapolis executive creative director Al Kelly continues to
build his creative leadership by bridging the past with the future.
Kelly announced that Dave Damman would return to the agency
as a group creative director. Damman worked for Fallon from
1999 to 2005, after which he went on to co-found his own agency,
Damman Pearce.
“Dave is an inspired creative and an effective leader,” said Kelly.
“He has a history of building creatively productive relationships
with brands and clients.” Damman makes his journey back to
Fallon only a few months after Chris Wiggins rejoined the agency
to bridge interactive and creative.
Damman began his career working for several agencies, including
Saatchi & Saatchi in New York, TraceyLocke in Dallas and
Carmichael Lynch in Minneapolis before joining Fallon in 1999. At
Fallon, he rose to group creative director on Lee Jeans, Timberland,
Holiday Inn Express and International Trucks and was responsible
for groundbreaking work on United Airlines, BMW, Citibank and
Sony. In 2005, he moved to West Wayne, Atlanta, where he was co-
ECD with fellow Fallon-alum Bobby Pearce before they founded
Damman Pearce together.
On his return to Fallon, Damman said, “Being given the opportunity
to work at Fallon once is special, but being given that opportunity
twice is that much more special. It’s fortunate to come on board
when the momentum at the agency is really starting to pick up.
After sitting down with the new leadership team, it’s obvious they
have a winning attitude. All I want to do is be able to contribute
to that upswing. And besides all that, I was never able to sell my
snowblower in Atlanta.”
