Kodak Names Snyder Motion Picture Film Division President
Eastman Kodak Company (Rochester, NY) announced on
April 2 that Kimberly A. Snyder has been promoted to President
and General Manager of the company’s market-leading
Entertainment Imaging business, effective immediately.
As President of Entertainment Imaging (EI), Snyder will be
responsible for all aspects of Kodak’s business with the
motion picture and television industry. This includes both
the traditional film technologies used to capture and print
moving images, as well as the evolving digital technologies
that provide new imaging capabilities and the promise of a
new cinematic experience.
Snyder will report to Mary Jane Hellyar, who is President
of Kodak’s Film, Photofinishing and Entertainment Group
and an Executive Vice President of the company. Prior to
Snyder’s appointment, Hellyar had served as the acting
President of EI for the past 15 months.
